Appointment Policies
- Scheduling Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled by phone or through our website. We encourage patients to book in advance. Doing so allows patients to secure their preferred time, minimizing wait times and scheduling conflicts. It also ensures that we can allocate adequate time for each patient, allowing for thorough examinations and proper treatment. This leads to a more comfortable and efficient experience, enhancing overall care and satisfaction. - Cancellations and No-Shows
In order to fairly provide sufficient time for your dental care, appointment time is booked in advance for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $50 and repeatedly doing so may affect your ability to schedule future appointments. - Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can happen. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure that we can provide the best care for all our patients.
